The Issue Document and Legal Due Diligence Report approved by the Board regarding the issuance of lease certificates in various maturities and based on the types of lease certificates stipulated in the Communiqué on Lease Certificates or by using them together within the scope of the issuance ceiling amounting to 500,000,000 Turkish Liras by being sold to domestic allocated and/or qualified investors, in which Dinçer Logstics A.Ş. will be the fund user, are attached hereto.
