Dinçer Logistics, which develops special mobile applications and web-based technologies for the logistics sector, has launched SuperApp this time. SuperApp, which simplifies logistics processes by gathering different experiences of different user types under a single roof and saves both time and speed for its users, is the first of its kind in Turkey.

Dinçer Logistics continues to offer different business models with technology-based, new methods, applications and services. Now, it has launched a new application called ‘SuperApp’, which simplifies the processes of customers, suppliers and employees, saves time and offers solutions quickly. SuperApp, which is the first of its kind in Turkey and brings an innovative perspective to the sector, was prepared as a result of one year of work by a team of approximately 20 people.

Everything in One Application

SuperApp puts an end to the crowd of applications for each transaction and audience, which are difficult to follow and confusing for both the software developer and the target audience. The application, which can be downloaded from all mobile devices, aims to establish more effective communication with customers and produce faster solutions to their needs. Existing customers can log in to the application and follow their transactions, while potential customers with service requests can make instant transactions by submitting their requests through the system.

E-Commerce Platform at the Same Time

Dinçer Logistics Information Technologies and R&D Director Özhan Fındık stated that it is aimed to provide the fastest service in partial transport with this innovative application that gathers different experiences of different user types under one roof. Fındık said, ‘There is no need to have worked with Dinçer Logistics before in order to make transactions through the application. Users entering the system are directed to the relevant area thanks to a special algorithm running in the background. When logging in as a new customer, shipment details are entered into the system and a transport request is made. Payment is also made online through the system. In this sense, the application also functions as an e-commerce platform.’

Full Integration with 12 Different Applications

SuperApp offers a comprehensive service to users by combining 12 different applications under a single roof. These applications include order tracking, inventory management, invoice payment, transport request creation, customer support services and more. Thus, users can easily manage all their logistics needs on a single platform.
