Dinçer Lojistik, one of the leaders of Turkey’s logistics sector, has completed the first phase of the ‘Dinç Leaders of the Future Program’, which was initiated to train the leaders of the future, and started the second phase to bring leader candidates into working life. Continuing to lead the sector with innovative approaches that support digital transformation in human resources processes, Dinçer Lojistik announced the program in July and 800 people applied. At the end of the evaluation process of 50 candidates who are analytical, closely follow new technologies, open to learning and continuous development, two new graduates were included in the program. The young people, who will start a comprehensive 6-month training in Dinçer Lojistik’s Financial Affairs and Business Development Departments, will have the opportunity to experience these departments and receive coaching from managers, and will continue to gain experience in the other two departments they want to experience for six months each. After successfully completing the program, they will start their careers in the most suitable department for them.
We firmly believe that our young talents will add value to our company and we will achieve success.
Dinçer Logistics Human Resources Director Sema Yalçınkaya said that they are happy to gain young people who will add value to their company and that they will continue the program regularly every year. Stating that they serve with nearly 1500 employees in 17 provinces and 35 centers across Turkey, Yalçınkaya also drew attention to the change and transformation in the logistics sector, which accelerated with the pandemic, and stated that they will continue to offer career opportunities to young people: We want young people to learn the logistics sector, which has become one of the locomotive sectors, by living it. Logistics addresses almost every aspect of life and requires digital flexibility and practical solutions. We pursue talent strategies that will unite everyone in our organization under the same values. We will train young people in real business processes and bring them into the business world of the future.”
